We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, we’re here to help—just make sure to act quickly!

✅ How to Request a Change or Cancellation

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Simply reach out to us via email at contact@kinspiredesign.com with your order number and details of the change.

Once we receive your request, we’ll do our best to accommodate it and confirm the update via email.

⏱ Order Lock-In Time

Please note that:

  • All orders are locked for production 2 hours after being placed to ensure fast processing and shipping.
  • After this window, we are unable to cancel or modify your order as it will have already entered production.

🎨 Special Notes on Custom Designs

If your order involves design modifications (e.g., name, character, pet illustration changes), please allow extra processing time, especially during peak holiday seasons. We’ll always do our best, but these orders may take longer to ship.
