At KinspireDesign, we stand behind the quality of our custom products. Below is our policy for returns, refunds, and replacements to ensure a clear and fair process for all customers.

Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements

We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for full refunds or free replacements in the following cases:


  • Items arrive defective, damaged, or non-functional.
  • Products do not match the description, design, or customization details (e.g., incorrect text, colors, or artwork).
  • The item has an incorrect size (when size specifications were followed during ordering).
  • Packages or items are lost in transit (confirmed by tracking).


No refunds or replacements will be provided for:


  • Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery.
  • Customer errors, such as selecting the wrong size, product, address, or customization details.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care (e.g., stains from neglect, tears from rough use).
  • Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or soiled due to customer handling.
  • Changes of mind, personal taste preferences, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.

How to Request a Refund/Replacement

Follow these steps to initiate your request:


  1. Contact our customer service team directly through our website’s support portal.
  2. Include clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label (this helps us assess the issue quickly).
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. Once approved, we’ll arrange a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost—no need to return the original item.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order:


  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
  • PayPal: 2–4 business days.
