Ordering
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? Time window
Orders move into production quickly. Please submit any cancel/change request within 3 hours (address, size/color, personalization). After that, changes can’t be guaranteed.
Can I apply a discount code or add a gift note?
Enter discount codes at checkout. For gift notes, add a cart note or message us after purchase; we’ll include it where possible (varies by product).
Do you provide an artwork proof before production?
Most templates have instant previews. If you need manual proofing (photo retouching, complex layout), leave a note at checkout. Proofing may extend processing time.
Personalization & Image Requirements
What photo quality do you need for pets/people? Image guide
- Original-resolution photo; clear subject; even lighting; no heavy filters.
- Front or 3/4 angle; full head visible; sharp hair/fur edge (not overexposed).
- State any background removal, hair color change, or special requests in notes.
Can one product feature multiple pets/people?
Yes. Limits depend on the template/print area. More subjects may add layout/proofing time.
Can I receive a PNG with transparent background for other uses?
Printed designs are converted to print-safe formats. If you need a PNG asset for external use, please confirm licensing scope and any fees with us first.
Production & Shipping
How long does production and delivery take?
Typical production: 1–4 business days. Transit: 5–12 business days depending on destination and season. Peak periods (Nov–Dec) or complex customizations may extend timelines.

Can I change the shipping address?
If not shipped, contact us immediately. After dispatch, changes depend on the carrier/country and may incur fees.
Will I need to pay import duties/VAT?
Some countries charge import taxes upon arrival, payable by the recipient per local customs. Please check your local policy before ordering.
After-Sales & Refunds
My item arrived wrong/damaged/defective. What should I do? 30-day support
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, description, and clear photos/unboxing video. We’ll offer a free remake or refund as appropriate. Personalized items typically don’t need to be returned.
Do you accept returns without reason?
As items are made-to-order, non-quality returns are generally not supported. If you chose the wrong size/color, we’ll try to help with a discounted re-order or alternative solution.
How long do refunds take to show?
Once issued, refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Product Care
How to care for T-shirts/Hoodies?
- Machine wash cold inside-out on gentle; separate darks/lights.
- Avoid bleach and high-heat drying.
- Iron inside-out on low; do not press directly on prints.
How to clean Mugs/Tumblers?
- Hand-wash recommended; avoid dishwasher for stainless steel insulated cups.
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers on printed surfaces.
- Rinse with warm water before first use and air-dry.
Payment & Receipts
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. If a payment fails, check card validity, funds, and bank security settings, or try another method.
How can I get an invoice/receipt?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email with details. For business invoicing or special headers, contact us within 3 hours after purchase.
