Do you provide an artwork proof before production?
Most products have an instant preview showing exactly how your design will look.
For complex customizations (photo retouching, special layouts), leave a note at checkout. We'll send a proof before production โ this may add 1-2 days to processing time.

What photo quality do you need for best results? Guide
For the best print quality, please ensure:
- โ High resolution (at least 1MB file size)
- โ Clear, sharp subject with good lighting
- โ Full face visible (front or 3/4 angle)
- โ No heavy filters or over-exposure
Avoid:
- โ Blurry or pixelated images
- โ Screenshots from social media
- โ Heavy shadows on face
Can one product feature multiple pets or people?
Yes! Many of our products support multiple subjects. The limit depends on the template and print area.
For layouts with 3+ subjects, we may need extra time for proofing to ensure everyone looks great!

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll update the address.
Once shipped, changes depend on the carrier โ additional fees may apply.
Will I need to pay import duties or VAT?
Since we ship from regional warehouses (US, EU, AU), most orders arrive without customs fees.
However, some countries may still charge import taxes upon arrival. Please check your local customs policy before ordering.
Refunds & Returns
Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Policy
After 2 hours, orders enter production. Since every item is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size/color selected by customer
- Typos entered by customer

How long do refunds take to process?
Once approved, refunds typically appear within:
