Do you provide an artwork proof before production?
Most products have an instant preview showing exactly how your design will look.
For complex customizations (photo retouching, special layouts), leave a note at checkout. We'll send a proof before production — this may add 1-2 days to processing time.

Can one product feature multiple pets or people?
Yes! Many of our products support multiple subjects. The limit depends on the template and print area.
For layouts with 3+ subjects, we may need extra time for proofing to ensure everyone looks great!
