🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

At KinspireDesign, every item is made-to-order with love and care, ensuring top quality and a personalized experience for each customer.

🔄 Made-to-Order Production

All our products are printed or crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not mass-produce — each item is made one at a time for optimal quality and detail.

We work with both domestic and international production partners that meet our strict quality control standards. This allows us to offer a wide variety of customizable products such as t-shirts, mugs, pillows, tumblers, and more.

🕒 Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday) once payment is confirmed. We do not process orders during holidays recognized by major carriers (e.g. USPS).

Please allow additional time during peak seasons such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.

🛠️ Production Time

Note: If your order includes personalized artwork or design modifications, extra design time may be needed depending on the complexity of the request.

  • Metal Signs, Canvas, Posters: cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
  • Some products may be US-only.
  • A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You may receive multiple packages if your order contains multiple items.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the tracking info to update in the courier system. If your tracking shows no info, it likely hasn’t been scanned yet.

❗ Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please double-check your address before checkout.
  • If the shipping address is incorrect and the parcel is delivered to the wrong location or returned, we are not responsible.
  • If your order is returned due to a wrong address, a reshipping fee will be required.
  • If you contact the courier to forward your parcel after it has shipped, we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
